Commercial Services

Laguna Beach Plumbing, Heating and Air is a division of Your Neighborhood Plumber, Inc. We service a wide range of commercial clients under each of our division names as well as our newly created Capital Commercial Plumbing and Jetting division. This division was established in 2007 to better address the specific needs of our commercial and industrial customers.

Services – We offer complete plumbing, heating and air services to our commercial customers. This includes drain cleaning, underground camera work and hydro-jetting using high-pressure water (4000psi). This service effectively cuts tree roots and removes grease from sewer lines. We also have the capability to do large and complex HVAC installations including craning or helicoptering HVAC systems into position.

Communication – We work diligently to keep open lines of communication with all of our customers. By utilizing e-mail and digital photography, we are able to keep customers informed with clear, concise details about jobsite conditions, wherever the parent company may be located. All major projects are digitally photographed and archived for easy reference.

Service Contracts – We offer service contracts for HVAC and plumbing systems to cover regular maintenance, inspections and repair for items in need of service due to regular wear and tear. We can work on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis to establish regular service at your commercial facility.
